Dec. 16: Recruitment: Become a Hellyer Race Promoter or Supervisor in 6 Easy Steps!
We are looking for a few good men and women to become new Race Promoters, Mentors and Supervisors at Hellyer in 2013. It’s easier than you may think and we’ll guide you every step of the way. Here is your opportunity to get more involved in Hellyer programs and racing!
Please join us on December 16 at 9AM for two educational recruitment sessions (Limited to 20 people per session):
- 9:00AM to 10:30AM Promoters 101 In this session we will show you how to get started as a promoter, including the step-by-step process on successful race promotion. Experienced race promoters will be on-hand to answer your questions and share best practices.
- 10:45AM to 11:45AM Supervisors 101 In this session we will show you how to get started as a supervisor at the track. We will share requirements, time commitments and benefits of becoming a supervisor. We will also provide you with a mentor that will help guide you. The goal is to prepare you to becoming full-fledged supervisors for Saturday sessions and race events.
