County and NCVA Waiver System: FAQs and Links
All participants using the Hellyer County Park Velodrome need to complete both a Santa Clara County and Northern California Velodrome Association waiver at every session. To save time and paper we use Docusign to allow participants to complete online waivers and upon verification, your name is added to the list of completed waivers saving you time when signing in at racing or training sessions.
Upon approval your name will be added to the completed waiver list and you’ll no longer need to complete a wavier for each session. Please allow 24 hours for your name to make it on the completed waiver list.
Please note: IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE SIGNED WAIVER LIST YOU MUST COMPLETE A COUNTY AND NCVA WAIVER EACH SESSION.
- We accept paper waivers at sessions if you prefer to not complete an online waiver. Juniors (17 and under) need to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign. They are valid for a single session, your name is *not* added to the online waiver list. The paper waiver is available here: County_Release (PDF)
- You may need to fill out a USAC waiver on the day of a USAC event, so check with the race promoter.
