Age Categories: 9-10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18

Registration:
· Day-of Only. Opens at 8:30a and closes at 9:45a
· Rain or wet track cancels.
· All races are held under the rules of USA Cycling.

Schedule: Racing starts at 10:00a

Events:
· 9-12 Boys & Girls*: 500m ITT, 1km Scratch Race, 2km Scratch Race
· 13-14 Boys & Girls: 500m ITT, 3km Scratch Race, 6km Points Race
· 15-16 Boys: Flying 200m Time Trial, Sprints, 500m ITT, 3km Pursuit, 6km Scratch Race, 12km Points Race
· 15-16 Girls: Flying 200m Time Trial, Sprints, 500m ITT, 2km Pursuit, 5km Scratch Race, 10km Points Race
· 17-18 Boys: Flying 200m Time Trial, Sprints, 1k ITT, 3km Pursuit, 8km Scratch Race, 20km Points Race
· 17-18 Girls: Flying 200m Time Trial, Sprints, 500m ITT, 2km Pursuit, 6km Scratch Race, 12km Points Race

Prizes: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 Omnium. 17-18 events are individual events and the top 3 in each event will be awarded medals.

Rental Bikes: May be used for this event, but selection is limited, first priority in order of arrival.

Cost: $20 (includes $3.75 USAC surcharge). $6 for parking, paid at park’s entrance.

Release Forms: USAC Waiver & Santa Clara County & NCVA Waiver. These MUST have an actual parent or guardian signature. You may complete them on race day or bring signed forms with you.

Required: Everyone must sign in.

Gear Restrictions:
· Ages 9-14 may NOT use a time trial bike for the time trials (no aero bars).
· Gear limits apply to ages 9-16.

The roll out limit:
· 9-12 is 19’8″
· 13-14 is 20’10.5″
· 15-16 is 22’3″
· 17-18 no restrictions

Licensing: Riders must have a racing age from 9 to 18, and be Northern California/Nevada residents as defined by USA Cycling. A USAC annual license is required to receive any medals or be eligible to compete in mass start events. One day license, you can race, but you cannot receive a medal. Out of district rider can race but cannot receive a medal.

Additional:
· The age 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 events are conducted as omnium. The 17-18 are conducted as an international omnium
· If turn out is low, some groups may race together and some races may be shortened at the chief referee’s discretion.
