Workout Focus:

This is a structured session which will focus on power, sprinting and low speed bike handling skills.  Beginners who have completed at least 1 beginner session are welcome to join. This is a three hour session with all riders on the track for most of the session.

If you have a specific workout that you would like to perform during this session, please plan to fit it into the downtime of the scheduled workout.Riders will be broken into groups of 3-4 riders based on your ability. As your ability increases you will be moved up to the next group.

Expect Results! After six months of training you will most likely improve your sprint and should have a road map of how you got there. You will also increase your ability to anticipate the start of a sprint and respond in a short enough time to get a good position during the sprint.
