Promoting events at Hellyer Velodrome is enjoyable, gratifying, and easier than you think!

Please take time to familiarize yourself with the NCVA Promoter’s Handbook. New promoters can become qualified to promote an event at Hellyer by attending an NCVA Promoter’s Seminar or shadowing a current promoter at an event. The NCVA Promoters seminar is typically held at the beginning of the year. Be sure to subscribe to the NCVA list or check the Track Calendar for promoter seminar dates and up-to-date information.

2013 Event Scheduling Deadlines:

• Events held prior to June 1, promoters must send form to the Track Scheduling Committee by January 31st, 2013
• Events held June 1 thru September 30,promoters must send form to the Track Scheduling Committee by February 11th, 2013
